Groupe GM is committed to developing products with a reduced impact as a contribution to protecting the environment to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. We do this through our Care About Earth program without compromising resources and to meet growing requirements for sustainable products. All our amenity lines comply with European cosmetic law and our manufacturers with best practice rules.

We are developing natural additives that will help with the acceleration of decomposition and bio-degradability of the chemical structures found in plastic. This process is known as Oxo-Biodegradable which speeds up the process of degradation of plastic in packaging materials.

Our packaging is made from a variety of materials such as recycled paper or stone paper and we are also looking at plant-based plastic which is made from corn, wheat, straw and bamboo, for example – which will avoid using the components of petrochemicals in the future.

We also provide organic cotton laundry bags and natural fibre slippers and we have a range of Ecopump 300ml dispensers and Ecosource Airless Dispensers that are both approved by Ecocert and Ecolabel.

All cardboard boxes and packaging for accessories are printed using acrylic varnish and our brochures are printed with vegetable inks on PEFC certified paper made from sustainably managed forests or FSC recycled paper in ISO 14001 certified printing establishments.
